European Aquaculture Society
The EAS has four principal objectives:
• To promote contacts between all involved or interested in marine and freshwater aquaculture;
• To facilitate the circulation of aquaculture related information;
• To promote the sponsorship of multi-disciplinary research concerning aquaculture;
• To enhance cooperation among governmental, scientific and commercial organizations and individuals on all matters dealing with aquaculture.
Euroshrimp
The Euroshrimp Team consists of enthusiastic scientists and networkers who are dedicated to support, improve and promote the European shrimp aquaculture throughout Europe.
The intention of our non-commercial association is to connect the European shrimp producer by supplying information, offering help and providing support by us and by our network members.
Global Aquaculture Advocate
The Global Aquaculture Advocate supports the Global Aquaculture Alliance’s (GAA) mission of advocating, educating and demonstrating responsible aquaculture practices worldwide. The GAA aims to expand the availability of seafood from Best Aquaculture Practices-certified facilities that to its set principles.
World Aquaculture Society
The World Aquaculture Society (WAS) is strategically positioned to play an important role in assuring the progressive development of aquaculture worldwide by meeting the increased global demand for science-based information and technology. In order to meet the challenges of the future, WAS has a long-term vision and mission priorities with a renewed “Commitment to Excellence”.
